Fresh A2 milk obtained from freely-gazed Desi Cows is boiled and curdled overnight to make curd. The curd is then churned using traditional bilona method to obtain butter. The A2 butter obtained through this process is put on slow heat to obtain the Morning Crate Desi Cow A2 Ghee. Such a meticulous process is what gives our ghee the thick, grainy texture, a rich aroma and, a strong flavour.
